Group Elecnor

Award Rules

An improvement opportunity is an initiative that allows us to improve the efficiency of our performance and that sometimes will help prevent an incident in the future both in projects/works and in fixed installations.

1. Improvement Opportunities

Improvement opportunities will be evaluated using a mixed criterion. On one hand, any Elecnor user can access and vote for the most interesting improvement opportunities. In this way, they can vote for as many opportunities as they consider appropriate. However, they can only give one vote per opportunity and cannot vote for themselves. They can also remove their vote if they reconsider or make a mistake. These votes will carry a 30% weight in the final decision. On the other hand, the Corporate Services Quality and Environment Department will evaluate the improvement opportunities, with a 70% weight, based on the following criteria:

  • Transversality and Implementability: The improvement opportunity must be applicable or scalable to different work environments, processes, and countries within the Elecnor Group.
  • Demonstrable Benefit: The improvement opportunity must justify a positive and quantifiable impact in terms of economic benefits, time optimization, and resource savings.

2. Participants

Participation is open to all company employees, as well as to the Organizations, following the submission rules detailed in point 3.
